Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Lineup (the "app"), provided by Parent-AI LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Lineup helps volunteer youth sports coaches track player minutes and manage playing-time rotations during games. Some features require a Parent Pro subscription, purchased as an in-app purchase through Apple. Billing, renewals, and cancellations for Parent Pro are handled entirely by Apple through your App Store account — we do not process payments directly. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's standard End User License Agreement, Apple's EULA controls.

2. Accounts

You sign in using Sign in with Apple. We don't offer a separate username/password login.
Each account is for one person. Don't share your account or let someone else use it.
If you're a coach, you're responsible for the accuracy of the rosters and game data you enter, and for having the right to enter the first names or initials of the minors on your team (for example, as their coach or a parent).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for anything illegal or to harass, harm, or misrepresent any person
Enter more personal information about a minor than a first name or initials and a jersey number
Attempt to access another coach's team or account data without authorization
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure

4. Content You Share

When you use the app to create game stories, rotation summaries, or minutes-played data and share it with parents, you're responsible for what you share and for making sure it's accurate. We don't review or moderate this content before it's shared.

5. Communications

We'll send you push notifications and emails related to the service — game reminders, co-coach activity, and occasional product announcements. You can opt out of push notifications in iOS Settings and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. No Warranty

Lineup is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Don't rely on the app as your only record of game or player information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Parent-AI LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service. If your account is terminated, your data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Parent-AI LLC is a Washington entity.
